Quick Start Guide

The PostureFit Bar is designed to be simple, and easy to implement into your life. Explore this page to start your journey to becoming PostureFit. 

Engage your core by applying resistance against the neck cushion as you perform each exercise.

 

Remember to breathe through each movement.

 

Perform each exercise in sequence with 6-8 reps per side. Repeat as tolerated.
